Dear sir/madam,

Please note that i have placed an order for a full set of 1st standard books+stationary, for bishop cotton boy's school on 06 may 18.

Student name - owais sajjad patil (Second lang - hindi)

The amount is also charged to my credit card on the same date. Please find attached the credit card statement for the same.

I also received sms of the confirmation of the order. However, i did not receive the book set. Also, when i visit the site now, there is no pending order showing in my account.

No one is responding to my emails and no one is answering the phone calls.
