Sir/Madam,
I had ordered books through this website on 23rd May 2022 and had made full payment including the charges for the courier (5150 rupees). Till today no effort has been made to deliver the books.
We cannot even track the order on the portal as the link takes to their home page only.
The phone numbers mentioned in the portal are all useless. One number doesn't exist and the other one has incoming calls barred because of the non payment( at least thats what the operator says)
I have already left the 3 emails and also requested them to give a call back as soon as possible, no response at all.
Its been a week already the schools have started and my kid still doesn't have any book.
Kindly consider this as a seriously and take the appropriate actions.

They have wantedly shut down the mobile number mentioned on site and not responding on mails .

I have seen previous complaints on site, they seem to scam people and never deliver the items.

I have been following on mail still no reponse from them.

I placed the order for 1std books for Baldwin's girls high school Bengaluru... Even dropped a mail on there email id but didn't recd any reapons from there. Side what should now I have to do

The worst place to order books from. I placed the order back in May and haven’t received the books yet. There is no way to reach out to them and no way to track. When call they don’t pick and never respond to any emails sent till date. Order ID : ESC/OR/4980

They are simply creating mess in schools

My son studying in Cathedral high school. He did not still get the due books it as been months they are saying we will give you by tomorrow. They should give the money back or give us the due books. And they don't even respond on calls, email or whatsapp. He has 2nd term exam now and still not got all the books. This is the worst ever service 👎👎

I ordered Books for my daughter studying in Std 9, Cathedral high school. Such a pathetic service. No response over phone call or emails. Just minting money and not doing their job properly. Who recommends such vendors for school. Pathetic to the core.

My Daughter is studying in Bishop Cotton Girls School. She is in 3rd Std now. I ordered books on 27.06.2020. order ID ESC/OR/16333.
There is a Due book of Digital Flight-3, I haven't received it so far. there is no information in about. online classes have already started.
Moreover you have not given any stationary along with books. others have received stationary along with the books.this is a surprise for me, now only i came to know. about the stationary
are missing.

Please look at it and resolve the issue. Also provide your contact number, the number which is provided in the Web Site is not a valid number.

Please refrain from buying books from eazyshopeee. It’s a complete fraud company.

Books do not come on time. This year I received the books the Sunday before school started. 2 books were
Missing and one pending.

The call centre has no idea of what is happening. The women are hired only to talk rubbish and say whatever comes to their mind. The owners phone is always switched off.

It’s one week since school started and there is no news of pending and missing items. They charge way above the market.

Last year the pending items were not even delivered. This is way the company makes money by cheating people.

Please do not use them. Never.

I have ordered school books from eazyshopee. My order was placed on 20th march 2019 and paid in full. The order is not delivered. For 1 mail i got a response saying it was dispatched and then when we call the courier company they say they are yet to revive the order. That was on 30th april. Subsequent mails have not got any response. If we call up the customer care they are rude and keep telling me the call is of limied duration and will get disconnected in minute.in the entire conversation this was told 2 times rather than hearing the issue and resolving it.

I write to inform i have ordered books through this eazyshopee and payment was deducted on 18/04/2019 for bishop cotton girls school bangalore std 7. After following for 10 days they still not confirm order despite mails written therefore i kindly request not to buy from this company and especially schools not to tie up with this eazyshopee. Worst services.

When the shoppers know that we are going to place an order online, i dont understand why dont they rectify the error we keep getting while placing the order. I tried placing the order on 15th and it has been almost 25th of the month and still not able to place an order. After calling, the lady states that go to subhas book store and place the order.

Very bad customer service, and i am very irritated by their service, pathetic...

I made a online payment, books not delivered yet even after 25 days. Their toll free doesn't work. Contact person does not pick up the phone. This is one of the worst service.

I have tried calling then, at least 20 times every day, no one takes the responsibility to provide an answer. i am really irritated and frustrated with this service. Its more than 25 days that money is paid and not books not delivered yet. They keep passing hre buck to someone else. its really really pathetinc service. Shame on such a useless service and people.

Ordered books from eazyshopee for my son. The school reopened and still i have not received books. They are so irresponsible. When called they give some contact number with whom the parcel is with. When called to that number the person says he can't deliver it and we would have to go and collect it from his office in hsr. Why should we go for such portal if we could go and collect the books ourselves. Pathetic customer service. After certain time they stopped picking my calls too. Very very bad experience. I would suggest collect the books directly from school if possible than following up with these guys.

Eazyshopee has taken it's consumers for granted. Despite several calls and emails, they are conveniently avoiding any interaction. After collecting full amount and not responding to our calls, the only way out is to file a case under ipc section 420. I would urge all the harassed parents to jointly take action against this fraud company and its md vandana nagesh.

I had ordered for full set books for my daughter on 19th apr '18 but till today i haven't got the books. The worst thing is that eazyshopee doesn't answer our calls at all what tracking details they have given does not match at all.in my case there is mismatch in the order number child's name address is incorrect i am very much worried as to how to get hold of them n get the books. It is such a mental stress for the parents its like eazyshopee is harassing the parents. No proper tracking of info nor response.

Johns high school for ukg they suppose to send on may 10, 2018 today is 04 june, 2018 yet not received books school also opened still waiting for the books my child refuse to go to school because books is not there if books comes then only i am going he is telling i am trying to contact but no body picking the calls its ringing ringing and ringing but no body response the call you people not able to provide the order then why you taking order there is no cash on delivery you people taking our money and keep quite no response also atleast you people have to response the call and tell the reason for the delay for our satisfaction if you do the same next time you will not get even one order also.

I have ordered book on 24th april, it was mentioned the books will be delivered in 10 days. Even after a month now there is no status update, contact numbers are not reachable. One the of the worst online service i have never seen.

I also received sms of the confirmation of the order. However, i did not receive the book set. Also, when i visit the site now, there is no pending order showing in my account.

No one is responding to my emails and no one is answering the phone calls.

Please check the reference above still i have got any info of my refund, they are cheater. Now they have started in another name Subhas and the number is [protected] and name is Nagesh. these number i found on Google. I tried to contact they are switcher off. We get into like these trap because of the Schools. Basically all the school should stop doing business with these kindly of people.

Book purchased on 28.3.18 from Royal Concord school kalyannagar, Due books not received even after 2months..
Still how many more months u take to submit the books...Children's are wasting ter time without books...what the hell is happening to deliver the pending text books... U have collected money from us but due books not yet issued ...Don't do this again deliver the books which is pending...

I have ordered books for my son on 12th april 2018 and i was suppose to get books in the first week of may 2018.
But there is no response from eazyshopee on my repeated emails and calls.

Placed order on 16th april 2018.
Till 10th may... The order was not even appearing on their website. Although there was an sms recd.
2-3 order nos. Recd. For the same order.

Custiomer care number and mail ids and whatsapp are never responded to. No idea when and if we'll get the books ordered.

I even tried to cancel it twice by sending emails... No response to the mails either.

I think this company should seriously re-think if this is the way they want to work... Becoz am sure... With this way very shortly they'll not have any work.

Will advise everyone to stay away from this company.

I have made a payment on 11th may 2017 for a books. Later i realised, i have ordered a wrong book, so i cancelled the order (20'th may 2017) online from their website (Eayshopee.com). Almost a month ago, i haven't received the refund from their end.

The customer care number doesn't give any relevant information. I am really fed-up of calling them and asking for my hard earned money.

I have send lot of follow-up mail to "[protected]@eazyshoppe.com" and "eazyshopee. [protected]@gmail.com". But there is a poor response. Calling their number directly doesn't help and they don't respond to the call[protected].
