Eazyshopee — Request for refund | |||||
I have made a payment on 11th may 2017 for a books. Later i realised, i have ordered a wrong book, so i cancelled the order (20'th may 2017) online from their website (Eayshopee.com). Almost a month ago, i haven't received the refund from their end. The customer care number doesn't give any relevant information. I am really fed-up of calling them and asking for my hard earned money. I have send lot of follow-up mail to "[protected]@eazyshoppe.com" and "eazyshopee. [protected]@gmail.com". But there is a poor response. Calling their number directly doesn't help and they don't respond to the call[protected].
