Ebay.com — Defective product provided and not accepting return | |||||
Ordered iphone 5s (Paisapay id [protected]) on 17th march. Expected delivery was 21st march. So, i raised a claim on 31st march 2016 that i didn’t receive the product. I received the product on 1st april 2016 and the product found was defective and fake chinese product. Kindly go through the sequence of events: First cheating point: if you raise your claim once, you cannot raise claim second time. As i already raised a claim regarding non-delivery of product earlier, i couldn’t raise another claim regarding the defective product. Even, my earlier claim was closed 20 days later. Second cheating point: they don’t have customer service mail id so you cannot drop them mail. You can only contact them via their toll free number [protected]. Third cheating point: you can’t post on ebay india facebook page as they are aware that they will not be able to handle so many customer complaints daily. I made complaint by messaging and commenting on one of the post. Fourth cheating point: i call ebay customer care on 3 instances, on 4th april, 18th april and lastly, on fourth chea26th april. They assured me that they have registered the service request and will be receiving call within 3 days. Today is 6th may and i am still waiting for the call. So, looking at the sequence of events, i am assured now that they are not taking back the defective product. Was this information helpful? | |||||
