[Resolved]  Ebay.com — Refund related issue

Hi i m lalit katiyar. I have a complain regarding ebay.com they guys are just taking money and giving so much bad service to their consumers they are selling defected piece to ther customers and when we called to resolve our queries regarding that product so they and their customer support team telling that we cannot do anything... And not ready to accept their mistake i have purchased an apple iphone 5s from ebay online and it's just 3 months passed only now my phone 's screen just got blank and there is something wrong with these people's only... Everytime when i call to ebay to again and again they have given a time of 24 hrs since a last week. And today their was a supervisor who said we cannot help you, you have to wait for sellers reply as at the time of ordering the product they have no where mentioned that if the product will have some problem then the seller will be responsible. Kindly aware thia ebay is looting customers. Nothing they can do except saying no we cannot help you..

When I call eBay customer service then I Thad talked with Mr Vishal and he said we can not help you when ever seller will free he will reply and and eBay customer team floor supervisor directly siad no I can not help you and toady a commitment that I got a call from seller side but I did not get any call but I go a massage that " we are unable to contact you and your no is not reachable" but I m 100% sure that seller had not any call bcz I already activated missed call alert or this massage I got from seller side at 10.20 am and that time was my mobile on. So seller is laying kindly help me and one thing I send a attachment where every one can see seller is not mention time that which time he called me.mail id to finding order detail. -.
