MacBook Air M4

My laptop is under warranty and there has been flickering in the bottom part of the screen. While submitting the laptop for repair at Apple Store Borivali on 27th Sep 2026, it was clearly mentioned in the job sheet that no dent and damages have been found. After two days, they are saying that damage has been found and asking ₹50, 000/- for repair. This is disgusting and harassment....

I phone is not turning on

Hello,

I am writing this complaint regarding my iPhone 16 (128GB, Black), which I purchased on 11 May 2025. On 14 April 2026, the phone suddenly stopped working and is not turning on at all.

No proper information about my device repair status and when I will receive it back even after waiting one full month.

Submitted the device one month ago for under warranty battery repair.

Did not received my device yet after one month of waiting.
Contacted customer support multiple times. Could not even used the device properly and peacefully for a full year for manufacturing battery defect.

Unprofessional ASP and Customer care

Wonder if there is an escalation method to Apple HQ. My experience has been terrible at ASP Service provider. I recently went twice and have deposited my iphone 16 pro. My iphone 13 pro suddenly started flickering and then turned completely yellow . The touch is working as I am able to turn on the torch, accept calls but I cant see anything apart from the yellow screen. I have the phone for almost 1.6 years and it did not even last 2 years .
