eBay — eBay Guarantee claim - 483756 | |||
This is in regard to the above claim ID, which Ebay says resolved, However in reality it's not. They promised to send a reimbursement coupon for the reshipment cost for the product I returned but they failed to do so. It has more than 20 days, Also I called the customer service several times but Ebay has worst customer service department, they even have no manners to talk to a customer. I felt very disappointed to speak to a CS executive when he behaved in an unprofessional manner. If I don't receive the coupon in next 48 hours I'll have to take some other actions. I suggest Ebay to shut their customer service department which they had just for the harrashment of the people.
