[Resolved]  eBay — EBay / ICICI - Refund not received

I purchased two perfumes using ebay.in and paid for the same Rs.318.4 using ICICI BANK Debit card. But since the perfumes were not delivered to me a refund was approved from Ebay Side.on 09/07/2014 by paisapay. Today is 23/09/140 still no money from ebay.in is reflected in my bank account. Customer support gave me some ARN no. but my bank officials are not aware of that.
