[Resolved] Ebay.in — 16GB Pen drive not received

I had purchase a 16GB pen drive as per his offer (get pendrive @ 79/-), therefor i have paid all payments as per company norms & same confirmation message received on my mobile (pan drive will be delivered till 10th Oct.), but till 20th oct ihad not received product than i called their customer care no. they told me, product has not to be delivered due to address issue as per courier service. they saying we bill refund your amount. but i had received a mail on 21st oct. your product delivered on 19th oct. than again i had called to customer care no. on 22nd oct. they say your refund claim registered & send confirmation message (registered claim id:- 1361014 & he will contact you next 5day). but till today (29th oct.) i had not received any call.
