I om have purchased a 32 gb sd card on line d ebay (item No.[protected] .Payment of Rs 500 was made through paisa pay (ID No. [protected])on 18/2/2016.The order was for SANDISC but I received a SONY SD Card.That too is faulty.I raised a claim (NO.1738471) for replacement on 25/2/2016.But ebay has closed the claim without any reason. I am being asked to contact the supplier on mobile No. [protected] .I am continously getting this No.switched off .The supplier has not enclosed the invoice alongwith the packing.The address of supplier given on package is
