[Resolved] Ebay.in — bill amount rs 39888 , max retail price rs 37999

Yesterday i received parcel from ebay having oneplus 5 mobile which have mrp (max retail price ) on box was rs 37999 but seller billed me rs 39888 and it is really a shameful act that how seller can cheat me like this and he also billed me gst bill which exceeds rs 2000 that mrp. I really feel cheated and now both seller and ebay are not taking my issue serious as i already told ebay and seller but they didn't tried to contact me or resolve my issue.

Updated by deepak ralhan this is my final notice otherwise i am going to consumer sell. fault of ebay is how can ebay display product amount above mrp.
