the product delivered by the seller is damage / broken and had already informed to you at your various email with sufficient proof i.e. pictures, only response receive every time is please upload more picture and the second response i m receiving every time is our executive will contact you within 24 hours from the day of receiving the delivery of product i.e. 17 th sept, 2016 i have not received any call in this regard, please arrange for the refund or replacement of product

2) how many times i have to wait for 24 hours
3) how much time ebay want to settle the claim
4) how many claims have been settled by ebay favouring buyers
5) how many times i have to submit that seller is cheater
6) how many times i have to submit that product description page
7) how many times i have provide proof of the ambiguity on product page by seller
8) how many times i have to prove that such seller a cheating buyers
9) how many times i must inform you that such seller are guiding new seller that ebay is place where they can cheat buyer and ebay wont take action against them instead they can continue the business with their own pleasure
