[Resolved] Ebay.in — Cell phone cover not replaced

I had ordered for a mobile cover and claimed a cancellation request right after i ordered but the seller dispatched the item for shipping despite my cancellation.
When I approached eBay they asked me contact the seller and get it replaced with something else, so I did as told. I have sent the delivered item by Professional couriers, till this date the seller hasn't made any effort to replace the item. He doesn't pick my call or he switches it off after receiving my call.
