Ebay.in — Cheated two times by putting iphone 6s & refund money after long time

Im really sorry for using harsh words though out this notice but i must say very deeply disappointed service i have been experienced ever. This is the second time ebay has cheated me and other customers also. Given below is the brief of my reason of being disappointed with your services and the way of dealing customers is not at all acceptable.
On 5th january 2016 i have placed an order of iphone 6s worth rs.15000 having order confirmation of paisapay id [protected]. I didn't get any confirmation regarding the same throughout the process. For the same, i kept on calling regularly to ebay customer care many times to track the status of same.On 8th jan 2016 out of which caller id request is 1-[protected] had been attended, ebay executive gave me assurance of delivering the product on estimated time, and put the phone down by saying “just wait for the same”.
During the period of 5th jan to 12th jan 2016 i hadn’t receive even a single response through any means for any information regarding the product. Even though, continuously calling to customer care results no solution to my grievance. Again on 12th jan 2016 i called customer care (Caller id: 1-[protected]), but none of executive able to share the exact status of product, it seems no one in ebay is capable to resolve this issue even after talking to them more than one hour.
After few days of this, money had been refunded to my account but dispute over the product delivery was not yet replied properly & many questions left unanswered. Therefore, i raised ebay guarantee due to which again ebay put the same offer on iphone 6s worth rs.15000 on 26th jan. Seller also contacted me and assured me this time product will be delivered on time and same assurance has been accompanied by the customer care of ebay.
From 26th jan 2016 to till now, product still not delivered and no one in the ebay able to contact seller. The way customer care responded to my grievance is not all acceptable. Im highly disappointed with the services and the attitude company acquired to treat customer.
Whenever i contacted customer care, always giving listed below reasons to my query:

1. Product will be delivered before stated timeline product till now not delivered.
2. Seller is not genuine as im standing at customer side not for listening the seller, i trusted & choosed ebay to provide me the genuine & trusted deal. Customer came to ebay not directly to seller; it’s become the responsibility of ebay to deliver the product within the stipulated timeline at the same price to the customer along with the assurance of trust. I don’t know about the rating of seller, i only know between seller and customer, ebay is taking responsibility of delivery of product.
3. Seller is not responded
4. Seller mistakenly added product on website
5. Product displayed on website due to technical fault if this a technical fault, then you should immediately refund the money back or inform customer but ebay neither took the whole responsibility to attend such kind of emergencies nor executed any action to attend the customer grievance.
6. Once the product is not delivered, refund of the amount initiate immediately as i ordered product on 26th jan 2016, since then no such information has been recorded.
I want to escalate this matter to consumer court/social media/newspaper, so that everyone should aware about the all circumstances ebay playing with customer & playing with the customer patience.
To make my all statement solid im sharing the snap shots of ebay portal at the end of this formal notice letter in which promised had been made to deliver the product by generating the fake courier awb no. So as to make customer believes that the product would reach on time.
By this way, ebay is completely misguiding the customers and harassing them at extreme level.
Though, this time i want compensation from ebay against the mental harassment i borne, misguidance i felt, money blocked for almost one month, for not responding to customer queries on time with appropriate solutions.
As, this act is a serious issue where ebay is making customer fool by putting such kind of listing on website and attracting the customer to proceed for the payment & thereafter blocking the amount for a considerable period.
Highly disappointed service ever felt.
