We had raised a complaint on 24.12.2015. and its annoying that we have not recd any reply from ebay. and i am sufferring for the past 1 and half years
Its been over a year that i am having a tough time with ebay... first i had ordered xenon bulb which arrived and was not working- Item Information Claim ID: 891233, Paisa Pay ID: [protected], Item number: [protected]. We requested for a return and they said that they will not be able to provide the same product and order some diff product and told us they will provide us a coupon worth 110% of cost after several months of follow up we finally got our coupon and we purchased a zook selfie stick as a replacement. That product that came was again not in working condition and then i had the most terrific experience with ebay... disgusting warranty policy creating a torture to us. we were to recieve a coupon worth 729 and 105 Rs was to be refunded in my credit card. its been more then 6 months now and we have not recieved any credit in my card after. When u give a a coupon it says validity is 1 month and what compensation are you going to give us for the torture we r going thru for 1 over 6 months.
