Item id :[protected]. Seller sports hubb.
Item : kamachi ankle weights.
Item not received. No response forthcoming from ebay till today. Seller refused to honour the purchase.
My claim : i want the product not a refund.
Ebay settles the claim in favor of the seller at the sellers request by refunding my money without consulting me. Repeatedly i have sent them emails & tweets on twitter.
I get a standard response we are looking into the matter & we will update you shortly. 22 days have now passed since i have been corresponding with ebay & have never got anyone to respond to my claim.
I even contact their grievance officer arun unni, he has not even bothered to acknowledge my emails.
Basically ebay does not care for the customer. If you go through ebay' twitter account you will observe only standard replies but no hard facts or trying to resolve any of the customers complaints. Was this information helpful? |
