[Resolved]  Ebay.in — claim under warranty period

Ebay.in is a fraud website for buying.I have bought an item Lipo battery 1500mah 3.7v rechargeable lithium battery from ebay.in, item no[protected], seller name-runningoutofstock on 19 June 2017 but now it's not working and its under warranty period.l have contacted ebay.in and the seller but both of them heard the problem but trying to escape from it so please solve the problem.

Sir, I purchase a micromax yureka mobile phone from online shopping website Ebay india. mobile is old and not working.
I was received product on 28/8/17. But the product was damaged and not working. I report a complain to ebay india also. But i was receive no response from them. so please help me.

I am a seller in ebay for an year because of GST i cant able to sell in EBAY so requested the payments for the products i have sold before GST but ebay is not sending the payments and making selling fees for the products not sold. so i need my payments (RS:3335.17) back.
