Please proceed for refund the same): we tried to contact you on your registered number ([protected]) on {[protected]} at 12:30pm. But the number was (Not reachable). After conducting a thorough investigation and review of your claim, we have found that the item was received by you was as per the listing description updated by the seller on our website. This claim filed is out of our eligibility criteria and we will have to unfortunately deny the claim.In this case, our best advice to you is to contact your seller and resolve the matter amicably. AS per ID No - [protected] Trewfin Women Footwear size - 7 has not come. instead of this you have delivered Mens footwear size - 9. Please exchage the item and send it back or refund the amount as early as possible.

How you can say that refund not possible. Please, arrange a call back and ensure that refund I will get asap. Otherwise, I will spread this complaint everywhere that Ebay is not a trust able brand even. I suggest them not to buy any product from ebay.
At the time of purchase, You always shows that 100% return guarantee on product. If refund not happen. I promise. I will spread this message everywhere.
On above mention ebay mail ID : ebayindia.[protected]@gmail.com, many time I send mail. But, as of now no response from their end. Even when I call on your free CC No.[protected]. IVR said you have to wait till 60 minutes as cc exe busy. Is this called clint service.
Service part is very bad of ebay.
Please, confirm my refund...asap

Y`day I got the call from CC exe of Ebay, Again He said as size issue is not in his policy so company can`t refund. He suggested me that If Seller Mr JIten Munjani ([protected]) confirm on mail to refund the same. Then only Company will refund. Today, Mr. Jiten confirm on call that he will send mail by tomorrow to refund the same. But, Why Buyer contact to Seller where I purchased the product from Ebay.
Is some body is their who can assist me to get refund from ebay. As, Now lost hopes to get refund from company. Now, I have to say that It is failure of Indian Laws.
Ebay is not a good company. I suggest to all not to buy any product from this company and circulate it to everywhere.

as per Mail from Ebay dated 3-Jun-16 committed to refund against Claim ID:1969735. But, as on date no refund received. I think there is no effective law against these company. See below mail script of ebay in which they confirmed refund.
