[Resolved] Ebay.in — Company's seller not send the product

Dear sir/mam, On 13th Nov'15 ebay company's seller named K-K6570 send me the offer for Lenevo vibe p1 mobile phone via email.The seller also called me on my mobile.I ordered him and payed him via paytm wallet for the product but he did not shipped my order and gave me incorrect shipment awb no.I have cheated by him, he have taken the payment but product not received by me.Ebay customer support saying that they are not responsible for that. The ebay seller's mail id and phone no.is following. [protected]@members.ebay.in Ph.no.[protected] Please help me on the matter I have lost my money of Rs.9375/-
