Ebay customer care keeps dilly dallying in response to refund money for their defective product,
They know that by giving me mixed signals they will not have to refund owed to me. I get mail from ebay saying i have not given my order id /my email id my rmn

These cheap shameless tricks are to be condemned

I want my money back.
Even if i have to severe lengths to punish this monster giant corporate.
Why should we, consumers suffer at the hands of an unscrupulous rogue scamming website?

My pincode

Ebay owes me 2677/rs. Why am i being subjected to this tension? Their defective product was returned, but i have received no response why? I want an answer. I want my money back.

I appeal to this consumer complaints to kindly help me to resolve this issue
I am absolutely helpless here, waiting for my money

Last week the customer care called and told me that after i return the defective mobile/tablet i will have to wait 4 days for the demand draft.
Four days? It's been a week now.
Another customer care lady mailed me saying that ebay no information regarding any transaction with me. I fail to understand these conflicting responses from ebay.
Is it a ploy to get away with my money holding me responsible for not giving my personal info? This is a cheap trick as ebay knows that i have followed their procedure perfectly.
What is the problem with ebay?
Why am i left in the dark without a clue as to what the problem is.

Kindly help me please
