[Resolved] Ebay.in — Customer support | |||||
I contacted ebay.in customer support due to one of my refund claims was rejected. I was frustrated and did say that I will not purchase from ebay anymore. The customer support was very rude and did not even ask for the details of the issue. He started mocking and closed the chat without even my permission. I have not used any profanity over the chat. There was a message saying that the chat will be sent to my email after closing, I did not receive that either. I however did copy the chat and also took screenshots of the chat. I want to complain against ebay.in for this type of rude behavior towards the customers. Here is the chat: Sameer S. Welcome to ebay Live Help. My name is Sameer. How may I assist you today? I know that the issue with the mobile will not be taken care off since you will say that the phone is under warranty and I will have to got to the service center. The main issue is your poor customer service department who mock people who have spent money for purchasing something and are treated as . They should understand that if we (customers) are not there, they do not have a job. I want to teach this lesson.
