Required urgent refund and return of defective tab provided by you-- "UNI N1 8GB 3G Black--santanu banerjee product rcd on 22/02

Despite repeated mails and follow ups, no action been initiated at your end till date.

It has already been 10 days, I had received the defective product and facing huge difficullty for not been able to do important work due to same, funds already been blocked with you.

What is causing your delay? Are you too busy to handle one genuine customer problem?

Pls ensure refund is done immediately followed by courier pick up of the faulty tab from my premises

Do it fast without further excuses.
