I am Praveen kumar B R Purchased a new battery for Oneplus One, Dated 07/01/2017 with paisapay ID [protected], received a defective product, hence raised a claim ID 2620290, but the issue has been closed stating that the product is still in warranty, so i communicated with the seller regarding solution for the same, till now the seller has not solved the issue. so kindly refund my amount or provide me the good working battery.
