[Resolved] Ebay.in — Defective product received not accepting the claim raised and customer care representative was very rude | |||||
I have purchased MPORTED CASIO EDIFICE STEEL AND GOLD MEN'S CHRONO EF-556SG-7AVDF watch to gift my husband the product I received is defective.The dialor button is very lose and its not proper and the product quality was very poor not as per expectation. I did not know about the defect as I have gifted that watch to my husband and he knew regarding the defect in the product. I raised claim I got call from ebay representative. She just hold one sentence we don't support quality issues.When I told about the defect she was not ready to accept. The attitude was just like they don't want to refund for the product and she was very rude, arrogant not at all professional way of talking with the customer. I don't want this defective product and after talking to your representative our decision is not to buy any product from your site. and will inform to our friends and relative also to be aware before wasting valuable money. Once, I have claimed for a product due to quality issues with another shopping site and they have taken care of everything till refund. Really appreciated their support.
