My name is Sanu.I have recently ordered for an Videocon d2h DTH Settop B from ebay on Feb 28th. I was informed that the ETD will be between March 3rd-March 6th.After seeing the delivery date i confirmed my order. Now they informing it will by latest shipped by March 17.I called the customer care for a solution they are asking me if i cant accept it plz cancel the order or i myself should directly contact the seller for a quick shipment of the item.Is this ebay service?? If i need to contact the seller directly why should i purchase through ebay. I would have done it myself.
