[Resolved] Ebay.in — Earphone

I ordered an earphone of skull candy from ebay on 3 November, and till now i have not got any shipment information, still it is showing status as '' to be shipped '', i was given a date of 7 November or 8 November, number of times i tried contact the suppliers but he is not responding . neither they are cancelling the order nor they are shipping, i don't need an earphone now . worst online shopping experience . i have sent many messages and called but supplier is not picking up the call .

Updated by m-singh i have contacted suppliers many time to cancel the order, he did not cancelled, he even don;t picked my call, i receive the earphone which is not same as what was mentioned, i was expecting skull candy earphone, i don't know which company it is of, and also sometimes it's not working, even i tried it in my brothers handset same problem continues. i just need my money back that's it
