I have ordered a laptop onebay.in(Product Item number[protected]amount debited successfully from my bank account Rs. 16836 and i did not get any order confirmation mail from your eBay side also i had already contacted many time to your eBay support centre but no one taking any responsibility i am worried about my money. kindly check my bank account statement which is attach with email .Also I used coupon worth Rs 1500.. i am totally disappointed with your service i will never buy any products from your eBay shop and stop other to . i am highly dissatisfied with theeBay customer service and same was not expected byeBaythat such a big company and the processesareso weak.This means when I purchase fromeBayi have to be prepared and take out time to fight witheBay, and Ithink I have done a mistake by relying oneBayprocesses, it seems like that Very bad experience from eBay. i had already sent you many mail but you are not taking it seriously, i am not in mood to do more mails, reply me in a days. I am not satisfied with all of above
