Ebay.in — Ebay not refund my money

I want to buy a original nokia asha 501 touch screen digitizer.amount rs 750 but this product are not working proper ly and i complaint raised to ebay .in at least 3 day . ebay care call to me and promised me my money was refund at least5days . but 7 days later my money not refund my account ... plese refund my money imidietly
