Ebay.in — Ebay not sending refund even after approving refund claim since 1 month | |||||
I had purchased memory card (claim id 1683933) from ebay.in on 28/01/2016. I had waited for delivery of product for long time, but I had not received the product. After that I had lodged refund request for the same. Ebay had approved refund of same on 18/02/2016. After that I had sent many email and phone calls to customer care, but they are saying we are looking into the matter and every time advise to wait for few days. The seller had never shipped the item. Also seller had removed his account from ebay. Was this information helpful? | |||||
