Ebay.in — eBay restricting their own policy of 30 Days guarantee

I have raised the below mention claim to eBay multiple times but they have not responded and restricted my account from selling on eBay, I cannot update my listing all because eBay has entertain a claim ID: 14127173 after 36 days stating that the customer received an empty parcel. How can someone wait for 35 days if he/she received an empty parcel? Please check the below mention complaint made to eBay: COMPLAINT NO: 1 I would like to bring to your kind notice that buyer Raki81rakesh has bought some cameras from me with the paisa pay ID:[protected] & [protected] and i have already email the proof of shipment to insellerverification team. I contacted the buyer few days back inquiring about that whether he has received the parcels or not and he told me that he received the parcels on sunday i.e. 14th Dec 2014 at his office premises which he told me is a Bank.He provided me wrong information because the product is delivered on 3rd december 2014.Then he said that he received the parcel but there is nothing in the parcels except garbage/waste material like wood etc.First of all I would like to mention that banks are closed on sunday and speed post offices are also closed on sunday hence he cannot receive the parcels on sunday. I highly doubt the intentions of this buyer and want eBay to take strict action against this buyer. I also have the photos of the products which i haev sent to the buyer which i can share with eBay, Also i have asked the buyer on the same day on which he has received the parcel to share the photos of the packet he has received but till date he did not called me up or shared the photos of the parcel. Kindly take strict action against this buyer. COMPLAINT NO: 2 I raised a complaint against a buyer with buyer ID raki81rakesh that the item his order(paisapay ID:[protected]) has been delivered to him and now he has raised a claim after 35 Days that he has received an empty parcel, But the parcel has been delivered to him on 3rd December 2014 with the desired item that he has ordered and it is showing online on speed post website. Also the images has been attached. Please don't get confused with the details entered online on ebay for this order as there was some technical issue with DTDC so i got the parcel back from them and shipped it again through SPEED POST. Now my concern is that due to his complaint my account has been restricted from selling on eBay, is a customer eligible if he raise a claim after 35 DAYS of receiving an item? Since the selling team has forwarded incomplete information to the trust & safety team that is why my account got restricted. I am requesting you guys to re-activate my account or i will SURELY got to Consumer Court for this and sue eBay for violating their own policies. I have already raised a complaint for this buyer previously and informed eBay about the same But no action has been taken from eBay since then and instead of taking action against the buyer the have restricted my account. I am really pissed off with this kind of support that eBay is providing to the person who has delivered more than 600 orders successfully, I will definitely file a case against this issue in consumer court. These are the complaints that I made to eBay but they have not taken any action on it since then, instead they restricted my account from selling on eBay when the buyer raised a claim on 8th jan 2015 which is 35 days after 3rd december 2014 when the item was delivered to the buyer.
