Ebay.in — Empty box received instead of SAMSUNG A7 and customer care is not helping properly

I have purchased the SAMSUNG GALAXY A7 through eBay and they delivered an EMPTY box with full of news papers. :( Customer care and Sellers are worst and they are cheating us jointly. I am really disappointed when I saw the empty box. This is kind of cheating i felt and this should not happen to others. They created one guarantee claim on behalf of me and closed without any resolution. Thanks, Deiveega Rajan P
