Brought a self balancing smart scooter hoverboard from e bay on 13 April 2016 The product was not in working condition. I. Contacted the seller who told me to raise a claim .the claim no 1909397 was raised after following up with the call centre almost like 20 times the claims dept they finally agreed to get the product picked up .the product has come back undelivered to me twice .none of the customer service personal is aware of the case all they say is your case is with the escalation team and they will get in touch with you in 72 hours which never happens . E bayside the perfect example of mismanagement, have never seen such lousy and uncoordinated service . The product is lying with me and I don't know what to do with it .
