One side of the plastic cup clip does not sit in place and pops out. I paid rupees 799 for this. I raised a complaint with eBay and they made two calls so far stating their vendor seller is not responding I am holding a new iball tablet and unable to place a protective cover due to this faulty item which I stuck with me without a refund confirmation. it is irrelevant for me to wait for an eBay vendor to revert when the responsibility is ebay's EBay is conveniently Saying that their vendor is not responding Pls intervene and help me get a confirmation on refund so that I can go to a local IT market to buy a productive cover foRr my tab
