[Resolved]  Ebay.in — Fraud of 30,000 by ebay

(Paisapay id [protected]) november 2015 i purchased i phone 5s on ebay. December 2015 it's camera stopped working. I went to apple store for service. They denied as they said the phone is out of warranty and services are expired. But while i purchased it was clearly mentioned that it has one year sellers warranty. I contacted ebay and the seller but no body is responding. It have invested 30, 000 on it. Either replace the phone or make a compensation of it. The seller name is ankur sharma i have been tried contacting him past 6 months. I need your help i took the phone on emi i don't have anyother option please help me.
