This is to inform you that as per trailing mail it was wort experience with your team where i feel sometime non sense people are hired in the company and also sometimes they have a pressure from there seniors to close the concern of the customer on immediate basis whether the customer should be satisfied or not with the resolution. and these wrong hired people may lead to the degrowth of the company. Now pls find below my concern I have purchased two refurbished mobiles from your website but out of which one is working fine and second one having lots of issue on day one. I raised a claim to cancel the purchased of second one and return the money . but received the reply that product is under warranty and so claim will not be processed. If product is under warranty is does not mean that it should not work for a single day and warranty should only be considered if it is used for long time and then it creates problem. But if the product is not working from day one why should i take it to the service center...??? Further due to your bad behavior, I Further took this mobile to service center(Model Town New Delhi) but they guys confirmed me that the they have replaced the Display and now it will work fine but it actually not happens . I am not sure whether they have changed the display or not. I have visited this center 4 times. Then when problem was not rectified then i visited second service center in (Kirti Nagar Delhi) firstly they said that they will not take this mobile because we are already in touch with the other service center but when we shouted on them then they took the mobile and given us back they the problem has been rectified. We visited 3 times in Kirti Nagr service center but still the problem presist. So finally i need answers of this Who will bear the loss of my time and money which i wasted in service center of Samsung, I visited 7 times and if the cost is 200/Visit there is loss of Rs 1400 only during first 15 days and the cost of the Mobile is just Rs 4000 and i also dont know how many more visits are required for this issue...??? Today i received the call from your executive team Gurgaon, They denied to provide me the support and forcefully closed my case and when i informed them that i will move to court legally, your team said that your are welcome ...!!! Just see the behavior of these non sense guys. Further now i will not go to service center for further and i want my money back into my account along with the fine also. otherwise i can take this case forward to the Higher authorities of Court and will definitely escllate in social media Facebook, Linked In & other networking sited. I can assure that i will share article with you how big companies shutter are closed due to some wrong hired people in the company and a those who have not taken customer feedback seriously.
