[Resolved]  Ebay.in — I make request for refund money, but not taken action

I buy a HTC mobile but received dead mobile from eBay, after one month not received any refund. paisa pay ID - [protected]. Claim ID - 707843 I buy a HTC mobile from ebay.in on dated[protected]. But I received the same dead mobile phone after than I make a complaint to customer care next day. They say that your money is safe and refund the full amount after you return the product, So I was return the same on[protected] and our claim closed and I received a sms and e-mail that your DD is under process and you got the same within next 15 days. But today[protected] after more than one month I not get any money or DD from ebay.in. We are getting very-very bad experience from eBay online sales. Please help us for giving money back from eBay.
