My Claim Id"2593819, , Item worth of rs.1394/- ordered on 23/12/2016 and delivery to be done before 28/12/2016, but i didn't receive the item and went to EBAY Gaurantee on 2/1/2017, but still now my refund is not done and EBAY Team calling every 3-4 days to wait for the last 48 hrs as they have not received any update from courier company(Bluedart).
I want to ask one thing how many days will it take to take update from Seller & Courier company.
EBAY is cheating customers like us, now with this bad experience we and our family, relations are lost for EBAY.
