[Resolved] Ebay.in — Kaspersky internet security licence key

Sir,

I have placed an order of the above item on 3-4-17 and received return email with activation code. Since my existing Kaspersky security expiring on[protected], I fed the code in advance for activation on expiry of existing Agreement. But when I opened my pc yesterday I find the new agreement is not effective since it shows that "the entered activation code has exceeded the limit of allowed activations" In fact it is not true. Since the supplier knows the activation code sent to me, possibilities are there for malpractice by the supplier.
I sent an email to the supplier, explaining the experience I had on activation new code. But no reply so far. I am attaching all screenshots of the subject for your verification. Please settle the matter in an amicable way to avoid further disputes.

Updated by batababu I have received a reply from eby confirming their inability to fulfil the request due to time limit set by ebay and they are requesting me to contact the supplier directly and his contact number & email provided (Name: Ashika lal
email: [protected]@gmail.com Phone: [protected]) I tried to speak to him over phone, but it is out of range for a long time when I tried.
1. My demand is that I have paid money to eby, not to the supplier directly.
2. I have placed the order due to ebay ad. on 2-4-17, while my existing Kaspersky security is valid till 29-04-17.
3. I get confirmation of malfunction only on[protected]on completion of existing Kaspersky security)
