Ebay.in — Lost order

Gdrmrg I ordered the order of value rs 1953 including 4 items on 15 sept 2015 but after the transaction of money also no order was created. I have already sent u the email attaching the snapshot of transaction.And i even talked to ur customer care service but no help was rendered even after the commitment.Neither there was a refund.
