I have been a customer of ebay for 3 years and have been extreamly happy with the service. I had ordered a shoe on date 23/09/2016 and paid the amount. However with this item i am disappointed. I didn't received the item yet. You said you will refund the amount i lost. That also on pending. By this letter i wish to inform you that if you are not refunding the money by 2 days i will go ahead with legal procedures.
