[Resolved] Ebay.in — micromax canvas tab p680 return and replace/refund | |||||
I had placed an online order micromax canvas tab p680 on 24 july 2017 from ebay (Item name: micromax canvas p680 tablet 16gb 8 calling tablet wi-fi+3g 6 months warranty, paisa pay id: [protected], item id: item #[protected], seller id: gromo_deals) and i got delivered on 26th july 2017, after moderate use for two weeks the product started malfunctioning i. E screen display problem of dark lines showing and some times screen goes to black & switch off. I contacted seller as well as ebay customer care showing with snapshoots of my problem, none responded positively. Seller suggested to go to micromax authorized service center and when i went to service center i came to know that the products warranty validity already ended before 1 month back of the purchased date. I taken the snap from micromax service center about expired validity and forwarded to seller. Seller then asked to raise an ebay guarantee claim. As per ebay policy guarantee claim can be raised for only with in 10 days of product delivery. So my claim got rejected by ebay and suggested to contact the seller get it replaced as per seller interest. More than 10 times i contacted ebay customer care and and the seller to return and replace, every time seller lies to me giving wrong information that he refunded the amount to ebay and suggest me to get it from ebay but when i contacted to ebay, they says contact to seller and get it replaced or refund from him. Nov 12, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved No resolution they did...because of fedups and loosing faith on them I left contacting then and you .infact i thrown away the defect product..so after seeing no responses for their acting replys from me they themself might have marked as solved... eBay.in customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. I had a many mail communications more than 10 email communications with ebay customer care and more than 5 email communications with seller but all are use less responses i got.
Every time different customer care representative responds to mail and do suggestions to ask seller, go to service center, get certificates from service center, so on...
after doing all these for last email communications one new representative responds and suggests same what first person suggested.
All are playing with mew without solving my problem.
seller says in one mail he refunded an amount and in another mail he suggested to get it from ebay and last recent email he suggests to get the certificates from service center again even after showing proofs also.
Here Seller is playing a game with me to make me to forget about my product.
after so many useless communications with ebay customer care and Useless Seller i lodged a complaint in online consumer court.
i have proofs of each communication with all i am uploading here for your reference.
