Hello,
I am very old member (loyal customer) on Ebay and I was very hopeful about my refund. I have raised a claim - 2130191 on[protected] and uploaded the required images and my feedback. On 26th July I have received a call from ebay associate and she tried to force me to accept the product as it is and do not avail the refund using ebay guarantee claim. I was very hopeful to get positive response from ebay guarantee to process the refund in this case.
Being a regular customer I usually do not have any complains on ebay items.
But I was shattered that ebay tried to force on me to accept this so called Virtual Reality Smart Phone from Auxus Stunner.

I clearly told eBay that item is a missell and it is not as per the description while selling.Here is my complain about the product received:
3.5mm Earphones not received as described. The phone is definitely NOT of the Type - Virtual Reality Smartphone as described in the image. Double Vision Images observed in VR Set Recieved . Blurred images observed.No 360 degree view experience as described. Item sent is very old (mfg date is Jan-2015) where it is described as brand new phone. iWatch sent is red and not black as the image described.
I promise I will continue to be regular buyer on eBay if my claim for this particular transaction goes through successfully.
