I have purchased one Mobile cover on 10th June having

Claim ID: 2062774
PaisaPay ID: [protected]

Product that I recieved was not upto my satisfactory quality as mentioned. I raised an Refund request but eBay people are neither replying to any mails, nor their tollfree number is working properly. It seems being such a big company
eBay is stooping to such low level of customer care that I am afraid that buying anything from this company again is like throwing the money down the drain...

We have also written mails to you but with zero response. Even your cust care helpline is not working properly so it seems no way to contact you. Tries to contact seller also but again No response from their end also. If this is eBay then we are pretty surprised how do you cater to complaints of costly producvts with fuming customers...

The seller is ready to Refund back but eBay is intentionally delaying the refund.

It seems eBay is not interested in resolving this issue. We request you to take appropriate action regarding such a small amount which is eBay trying to avoid without any reason..
