I had purchased IPhone 5 cash on delivery from ebay website online & received on 14.02.2016 against Item ID is [protected], The shipper adress & contact details on order statement is given below :-

Now while using this phone i am facing issue with its screen display. Sometimes the display of my phone appears like bunch of horizontal lines which looks blurred and too weird. Moreover, "home" touch button gets stucked up in between & not functioning properly. Poor quality of camera & battery backup is zero.
I had sent an email on next day dated 15.02.2016 regarding this but no response from their side. I am highly dissatisfied with the EBAY customer service and same was not expected by EBAY that such a big company
