Nov24 I purchased a mobile model gionee M2 from ebay.in on 27-09-14 through seller SANGEETA MOBILES, Bengaluru.After one week I am facing problem with the mobile.It is not getting on. I contacted ebay as well as seller in this regard but I did not get proper response.Ebay is demanding letter from service center but service center is not providing the letter, saying that they provide letter within a week only.Please arrange to resolve my problem.
