I bought a gionee M15 through jumia online. In less than 3months the battery begins to drain down rapidly. This is very unusual of gionee product. I suspect factory fault on battery. Kindly help to get a new battery. I could not find the battery in market here in Nigeria

[protected] its my new gionee mobile imei number that I purchased 4 days ago form west delhi. From the second day itself phone start automatically restart problems, also I cant even use watsapp or fb bcoz the keepad disappears while typing. While charging time battery get hot and also a plastic burning smell came from rear side of the phone. Always hang and lag, when trying to make a call proximetry sensor not working, display always on while calling, automatically restart min 4 to 5 times daily. I bought this scrap paying 7000 rs at the same time redmi, realme, infinix, lava etc provide super quality mobile's below this price range. Every single paisa we make after a lot of hard work. That money we don't give to any company freely. We trust in indian govt officers and indian law, so mANY TIMEs today I mail gionee company, but they don't give a proper response. I don't want a repair or replacement, I only want my money back and they can take this throw away ### mobile back. Plz order them to take back this phone and give my valuable money back.

The powerbank doesn't charge up anymore. It has stopped getting charged after I put it on charge at night.

The issue of auto sending messages is indeed worst for me. I have been lossing more than 110rs amount. The code of *#46669# for clear data and restart mobile is not working.

I have a proof all the messages goes to [protected] which is the number of Gionee activation.
Give a wise solution to fix the issue of auto sending messages.

I submitted my gionee phone for repair on 15 sep 20 to recognised service ccentre through google map. I contacted thrice about it till now. He has not even touched it and have not told me in 12 days how much estimate of repair. Further now, mobile and landline numbers are found not working or switched off of the center. I bought gionee p7 max mobile from tatacliq on 17th june 2019 and had made a complain of the battery on 16th july. The handsets battery used to drain quickly and the phone would get switched off on 15%. I went to the service centre 2-3 times and they told me that the problem has been fixed. But i dont think so. The problem was never fixed and since a last few days it has even aggrevated much more. The battery goes down from 75% to 1% and when we connect the charger it shoots up to directly 50% or 60%. Moreover the battery doesnt last for more than 1 hour. The battery has swollen up and is popping out from the battery area while closing the back cover. My previous job sheet no was gcnd[protected]. I had complained 3-4 times in july and august and each time they kept the phone for 15 days and did nothing. No good service by gionee customer care. No response from their side. Highly disappointed with my decision of buying gionee phone. Never recommend it to some one else.

Actually, it is a good phone but if battery drops and becomes less than 20% then within seconds it is depleted to 1% and if we don't charge it, it switch off. Battery too drain fast, i had already replaced an battery (Official one), but still no solution. I went to gionee service center, but they are not helping. Please i wan to replace the handset as this problem is occurring when the device was under warranty.

I just had brought gionee f9 and at the 9th day after purchase it's net is not working and then i contacted the service center and they fix that bug and said that's a software problem but after 5 days of being repaired it is facing same problem now so please bring your attention towards me and do which is needed.
Please exchange the product or repair it.
