Ebay.in — Money deducted but order not placed. | |||||
I viewed an item on eBay.in and tried to buy it on June 5, 2016 using my eBay Account(chawl_ragh). I paid the amount of 372 Rs. from my debit card. After paying for the item the order didn't proceed further. After completion of payment, I was directed to eBay home page. I called eBay helpline no. and they told me they will send an email in 2-3 days but i m not yet able to receive their response. I feel exploited under these circumstances and expect eBay to look into the matter and refund my money or place the order. Was this information helpful? | |||||
