I have ordered a product but the product has not been couriered. I asked them to refund my money. But they are not responding to my mails and not even picking up my calls. So i asked the seller to solve the issue but the seller behaved harshly and said its not his/her responsibility .
I never expected this from ebay. I had brought so many products from ebay but never faced such problem.

Updated by sanjuktasengupta19 I have ordered a product on ebay but they havent couriered it. I asked them to refund my money but they r not responding to my emails. They are not even picking up my calls. I asked the seller to solve my problem but he became harsh and not cooperating at all. I need my money as soon as possible. I haven't expected this from ebay.
