[Resolved]  Ebay.in — My 17.5k rs are on hold and they are just scamming and not giving my money

I sold two phones through ebay, one of the remittance of rs 11700 was to be transferred in my account on 2nd February 2017 but I didn't got it.
They sent an email that paisapay remittance is on hold for periodical review of paisapay id-xxxx
Please send proof of delivery of item to [protected]@ebay.com
I sent that pod to them on 3 feb 2017 but they are not replying.
When I call customer service they keep transferring my call to different sections and I never get to talk to their customers care representative.
