I have done a transaction on 23rd january 2018 while trying to purchase a syska bluetooth. An account associated central bank of india bank number [protected].
I did a transaction on ebay shopping website on 23rd jan by my debit card. The amount 399rs got deducted at the same time. But according to ebay this was not successful. So i complaned ebay regarding this and they said for 3-5 working days and it will be refunded to my central bank of india. Today is 12th working day and now ebay is telling that this is a case of missing transaction and they can't help me further. I don't want to file a fraud case to police because i don't who is the culprit my bank or the ebay. So it's a kind request kindly refund my money as soon as possible.
I will be waiting for a positive reply.
This is the last time i am requesting. For that 399 if i will need to spend 4000 i will definitely do that. It gives very bad message to the customers.
